If you have requested a quote and would like to book Trust-The-Entertainer for your event please fill out the form below. Please use the same Email address that you requested your quote with and a contract will be sent on it's way, and should arrive in 3 to 7 days via U.S. Mail. On the Contract you will receive there will be a retainer due date {the retainer is your deposit} in the first paragraph {Highlited in red} this is the Due Date of our offer to you. Please Read, Sign & Return one copy of the contract, together with the Required Deposit by this date. When we receive your contract and deposit we will Email you your contract number. It is suggested that you write your contract number on your contract as this is your payment confirmation number, pending receipt of funds collection, and it is also your password into our members area where our forms are located to help plan your event. |
