Anyone who has studied Business Administration can tell you one fact that is inescapable; a single operator or sole proprietorships' ability to perform is directly related to many factors, that are out of the control of any single person, such as health, unavoidable personal or family tragedy, an accident, and many other factors.
Remember any guarantee is only as good as the person giving the guarantee's ability to avoid, accidents in route to your event, or even in the days before, and any injuries that can happen at any time, as they do to all of us, not to mention being able to predict possible medical events, such as strokes, heart attacks and even death.
At Trust-The-Entertainer we are personally aware of, and have dealt with these issues before. As a business we would not exist without our clients, so our main objective is to provide you with quality musical entertainment services.
Except in one of these rare situations you will be working with us and we will be the entertainment at your event; however we make no absolute guarantee simply because there are no guarantee's in life, and we do reserve the right to satisfy our duty to you by employment of a qualified entertainer that meets our standards, and only if it is necessary, do to a type of event listed above, or any act of God. Many Maine DJs know each other and back each other up in time of emergency, every effort will be made to assure your entertainment on your day.
Trust-The-Entertainer has been in business since 1982 and we have never had a complaint, or any client that communicated to us anything but satisfaction. We have never failed to show up and provide exactly the services each client has requested and contracted for.
So Trust-The-Entertainer announces our "Brass Balls" Guarantee, to all of our clients: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your event, we want you to tell us, in many cases it may be something we can handle on the spot or may be able to fix at your event; Our satisfaction surveys are there for a reason, The Entertainer wants your input on how we did, or how you feel we could improve.
Obviously if your guests are dancing and having a good time it would be hard to say we failed the client.
However what happens if we are unable to perform [due to a reason mentioned in the second paragraph on this page]? Our Liability Insurance, listed on the Event Package page under paragraph "I", would cover the entire cost of your event losses.
We can provide a copy of our insurance policy which makes you and your venue named insured with full coverage for just such a situation. If the entertainment company your considering can't provide you proof of insurance before the sale
