If you are a client of Trust-The-Entertainer who has contracted with us, Login below using the Date of your Event, and the password that was emailed to you after we received your Retainer. If you have not received an Email from us with your password and you have read, signed, and returned your Contract and Retainer, you can contact us by Phone or Email and we will update your status. (we may not have received your contract back in the mail) If you do not remember your password click on the "Forgot your password?" and enter the Email address you used to check your date and your password will be Emailed to you at that address.
Inside our Client area are all the on-line, interactive forms you need. If you need any help understanding how to use the forms Please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Our Music Database is maintained and updated regularly and because we do our best not to influence your musical choices the database may contain songs that we do not have. Usually we can obtain songs needed if we do not have them provided there is enough time to get them. Trust-The-Entertainer can not guarantee to have every song in the database that is why it is important to put the most required songs on either the "Please Play" or "Custom Play" Lists. Trust-The-Entertainer can not guarantee to play every request, as we are limited by time. However your input is very important to us and we will do our best to include as many of the best songs you have selected.
REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE WORKING ON ANY FORM, QUESTIONAIRE, OR MUSIC LIST, TO SAVE THEM SO YOU CAN CONTINUE TO WORK ON ALL PAPERWORK ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE. YOU CAN WORK ON THESE FORMS AS YOU HAVE TIME, AND SAVE THEM SO YOU CAN RECALL THE FORM AND CONTINUE WORKING ON THEM WHERE YOU LEFT OFF! WORK ON THEM WHEN YOU’RE TIME ALLOWS, AND THEN YOU CAN PRINT THE TIMELINES (OR ANY OTHER FORM) TO SHARE WITH OTHER EVENT PROFESSIONALS SO EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR ITINERARY. TO PREVENT PLANNING ERRORS AND TO ALLOW TIME FOR US TO PREPAIR, ALL FORMS WILL BE LOCKED OUT 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT, THE DAY AFTER YOUR EVENT YOUR PASSWORD WILL WORK SO YOU CAN PROVIDE US WITH YOUR INPUT BY FILLING OUT OUR SATISFACTION SURVEY.

GUEST REQUEST AREA
If you are a Guest at an upcoming event and you have been told you can make music requests to the Dj before the event, then please enter below the Group name your event host gave to you, and the password to enter our Guest Request System so you can get in on the fun and make musical requests from the comfort of your own home, before the event!
We can not guarantee to have every selection requested or to play each one. However your input will give us an idea of what the people want to dance to. Let your voice count. This service is only available to the Guests of Clients who have indicated they want this service, it is a preference decided on by your event host or person planning the event. |
