MAINE WEDDING RECEPTION AND EVENT PRICES 

How much do you charge for four hours? First let me ask you a question, do you want to hire a DJ, or a Wedding Reception Specialist?

What your really looking for is whether or not we fit in your budget:

There are several different aspects of any Maine Wedding Reception that formulate the exact price. Saturdays beginning in the busy wedding months of May through October are key prime dates and command competitive going rates. Other factors related to price include the number of hours needed, the location, and the amount of equipment needed, or requested. Discounted prices are available on Fridays and Sundays. We offer discounted prices during the months of January, February, March and November. You really do get what you pay for.

The price range for DJ’s is very wide ($400-$2000+)  For a formal event, your entertainment budget should be between 5-10 percent of the total cost of the event.

The average entertainment cost for today's weddings is $1000.00.  If you are not budgeting about $1000.00 for your wedding or formal event entertainment, you may want to consider an off peak date. Demand is always a driving force behind our pricing.  Choosing any Friday, or Sunday will usually save you several hundreds of dollars over any Saturday. November through April are slower than May through October, so if you are really cost conscious, these months can offer you an opportunity for even more savings.

Our goals are not in the number of events we do but rather in the quality of our services. Trust-The-Entertainer has enough equipment to do six events at a time, however there is only one person I Trust with your event, me.

Trust-The-Entertainer has one DJ / MC, me.  You work with the person who will be doing your event from the first contact truough the completion of our "Satisfaction Survey".  At Trust-The-Entertainer the above factors are examined and every "Free Quote" is customized especially to your personalized event package requirements.

We have a four hour minimum for receptions, however five hours serves most clients best. Be sure to provide all information about your special event in our Availability Checker, [fill out all fields] for the most accurate quote, we use the internet to figure milage and travel, a factor in any price, we will need to ask the same questions if you call.

 FINANCING OPTION:

Due to the condition of the economy we are offering an interest free payment plan to clients booking their events several months ahead of time. We will break down the price of your event and devide it by the number of months to determine your monthly payment, all payments become part of your retainer, with the final payment due ten days before your event. Don't sacrifice quality for price, Trust-The-Entertainer makes paying for your special event easy and affordable!

Non or not for profit organizations are encouraged to apply for free or

reduced rates; applications that provide or affect the largest amount of

people may be given priority.
